Is the Academy a course or mentorship?
The Academy is a content-led community for £9.99/month. Your membership includes the full Academy library, new content, private Discord community, member requests, scheduled community Q&As and upcoming session alerts. It is not a one-to-one coaching or mentorship programme.
Will the team join in with the community?
The Fight or Flight team will join discussions in Discord, answer some questions and share feedback from time to time. You can also submit questions and technique requests to help shape future interviews and content.
Do I need experience to join?
No. The community welcomes people at different levels who share an interest in combat sports and want to learn from each other.
Are there different membership tiers?
No. There is one Academy membership at £9.99/month, with the full membership library and all community benefits included.
